How to exchange or return a product

- Make sure no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase. Do not count the day of purchase.
- Make sure the product is missing in list of goods, which are not subject to return or exchange.
- The product must not have signs of use or use, the complete set of goods must be complete (as at the time of purchase), preserved appearance.
- When exchanging or returning goods, funds for delivery of goods are not refundable. Exchange and return of goods is solely at the expense of the buyer.

What documents need to be prepared

- A document confirming the purchase provided by the Seller (the act of acceptance of the transfer, invoice, check, or other document confirming the purchase).
- Identity document.
- Identification tax code.
- Bank card or current bank account details (in case of payment by bank card).

It is possible to return the goods
